We work alongside people with complex needs, their families and support teams to navigate difficult circumstances and find practical ways forward.
Our Mission
Complex Connect exists to provide specialist, person-centred support for people whose circumstances are complex, changing or difficult to navigate. We believe that with the right support, people can build capacity, overcome barriers and live more meaningful lives.
We are a registered NDIS provider. Our team brings together experience across behaviour support, support coordination, recovery coaching, psychosocial disability, acquired brain injury and complex multi-system needs.
What Guides Us
Person-centred practice
We start with the person — their goals, their strengths and their circumstances — not a service model.
Trauma-informed approach
We recognise that many people we work with have experienced significant adversity. Our practice is grounded in safety, trust and collaboration.
Honest, transparent communication
We say what we can and cannot do. We don't make promises we can't keep.
Collaboration with support teams
Complex situations rarely have simple solutions. We work alongside families, carers, coordinators and other providers to find the best path forward.

NDIS Registered Provider
Complex Connect is a registered NDIS provider. This means we meet the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission's requirements for registration and can deliver funded supports to NDIS participants.
Our NDIS registration covers the support categories we deliver, including Behaviour Support, Support Coordination, Specialist Support Coordination, Recovery Coaching and Support Work.
Where We Work
We are proudly based in Frankston, Victoria. We offer face-to-face support services across the Melbourne metropolitan area and surrounding regions.
In addition to our local work, we provide telehealth services to individuals, families and support teams across Australia.
