Meet the Directors

Wayne brings more than a decade of experience working with people with disability and complex support needs. With postgraduate qualifications in psychology and a professional background spanning acquired brain injury and disability services, he has developed extensive experience navigating complex support arrangements.

His background includes previous work in TAC's Slow to Recover program, as well as extensive experience in Specialist Support Coordination for people with complex psychosocial disabilities, behaviours of concern, forensic and justice-system involvement, and housing or accommodation challenges.

Wayne has particular experience working across disability, mental health, housing and justice services, where multiple organisations may need to work together to achieve an outcome.

As a Director of Complex Connect, Wayne remains directly involved in Specialist Support Coordination, focusing on practical problem-solving, collaboration and helping participants and families navigate challenging situations.

Danielle brings a combination of legal experience, disability advocacy and Specialist Support Coordination to her work at Complex Connect.

Her professional background includes insurance law, statutory benefits, serious injury, discrimination and victims-of-crime matters. She has also worked in disability advocacy, assisting people to navigate complex systems, decisions and review processes.

This experience has given Danielle a strong understanding of how disability, individual rights, government systems and access to services can intersect.

As a Specialist Support Coordinator, Danielle works with participants and families navigating complex NDIS arrangements, difficult service decisions and situations requiring coordination between multiple providers.

Danielle remains actively involved in service delivery and contributes to Complex Connect's governance, safeguarding and the ongoing development of its specialist services.
